In outline: we collect the account details you give us, the recipients and Message Guardians you add, the messages you write, and records of sensitive actions taken on your account. Message content is stored in a protected database with strict access rules. We do not claim end-to-end encryption. Our administrators can access message content when reviewing a death claim or a failed delivery.
